I appreciate any assistance. Thank you so very much. Diane Sorry, AustinNana, no recommendations. Your piano seems to have some loose wire somewhere, and you won't be able to fix it yourself. Well, you might actually have the knowledge (I don't know), but you'd probably void the warranty if you tried it yourself. You need to have it fixed. Meanwhile pawelsz workaround seems to be the only solution if you want a silent practice. Sorry you had the bad luck! Once the issue is fixed, it is a nice instrument. I like it. Welcome to the forum!
