I was wondering about the best editions (easy to read, no print mistakes ) of some major concerti: specifically, Rach 3, Prokofiev 3, and Mozart K466.

I have heard that the Schirmer edition of Rach 2 is nearly identical to the B&H edition. Does this hold true for Rach 3 as well?

Idk about Rachmaninoff and Schirmer, but for Prokofiev 3, the edition with the green front cover and a picture of Prokofiev is the one I've always seen people use. I think it's Boosey & Hawkes. For Mozart, I used Barenreiter for 467, and they also publish 466. I also see a Henle exists for 466.

For me Barenreiter for Mozart.

B&H for Prokofiev 3.

I have B&H for Rachmaninoff 3 and the recent Schirmer with all of them in a single volume. The Schirmer seems good, but it's cumbersome compared to the B&H single edition. I haven't really looked at the concerto in depth in a long time, so I can't really tell you if it is a good as the B&H. However, in my experience, these newer Schirmer editions are very good.

I have them both and, yes, they are identical. I think that they must have both been printed from the same plates.
