Someone whatsapped me a passage, I suspect if this is true or fake science:
When a violin and a brass, play F#4 and A4 correctly, you will hear a D a octave below(D3 or D2, I can't comprehend the passage correctly even I am a Chinese reading Chinese). Giuseppe Tartini discover it in 1714 and written in the book "Trattato di Musica". This phenomenon is called Tartini Tone. Lately, Mozart's father Leopold Mozart recorded it in the History of Music.

I hope buddies here help to find out if this is another junk passage, or its true science?

Sorry for my poor English.

Thank you!

Its called a "difference tone". It's real -- but in your head.

Some organs have a 10 2/3' stop in the pedals. When added to the 16' stop it simulates having a 32' stop, which are somewhat rare and very expensive. It basically adds a 5th above the lowest tone in the pedals and tricks the brain into hearing an octave lower. Similar phenomenon.

I can't remember the names involved but in the 1950s when telephone bandwith was very limited, someone wrote a piece of music to demonstrate this oddity of the brain, which, when sent over the telephone wires, produced low notes which were not possible for the phone system to generate.
