You can always upgrade from one acoustic piano to two, and from two to three, and ... wink

Here’s hoping for a CLP-745 with GrandTouch and binaural Bösendorfer samples smile

Ok, that’s asking for too much for the 745. Perhaps for the 785.

The addition of a binaural Bösendorfer would be nice though.

I really want Roland to put their new high-end action in a stage piano. I love the FP-90 action, but I've heard that the newer action is better. For my purposes, I don't really see the advantage of a hybrid like the NV-10 or AG, but I'd like to play the improved version of the action I have, to see if I like it better.

PS, I do have bad gear lust for an AvantGrand or an NV10, but that's a different issue... grin

I'm hoping Yamaha does something nice with the next generation of "CVP" clavinovas which should be due out soon if history is any indication. Maybe bring the interface up to date and replace some of the older, "just OK" voices from 10+ years ago with "send shivers down your neck" voices.

I think NAMM is losing some of its allure in the internet age... except that you can't touch products over the net.

Hoping for new CVP, too. Possibly with Genos engine.

How about a Casio GP-500 Mark II with:

  • twice the sample length
  • more clearly defined differences between the sampled instruments
  • a new sampled instrument: Leipzig
  • higher quality amplifiers
