PatrickBl - Visitors can do that!! I will add April 9 to your list.

TomLC- I think I have your dates right! I will add April 5-9 to your list.

Jeanne7 - Welcome to MOYD! I will add you to our late starters list.

ClsscLib - I will add April 6 to your list.

bSharp(C)yclist I will add April 12-14 to your list. Have fun with Shallow!

Snejana - Days like that happen sometimes! I will put you back on the wagon April 19

I am about to be without a piano for a while. We are moving, and the piano movers will take it away Wednesday. It is nerve wrecking to send in out the window and watch it go down 15 stories, but that is how it came here. The problem is, we will not move into our new home until the middle of May. I am sure I will be in serious piano withdrawal by then!

Had to miss Thursday 4/18 for business travel. I DID do enough practicing on 4/17 and 4/19 to meet MOYD requirements, but I wish I'd been able to do more.

Can you add me to the excused list for April 23-29? I'll be in Vienna. There's a chance I'll find a piano (maybe Mozart's wink to practice on, but just in case I don't please excuse me for these dates. thanks.

ClsscLib - I will add April 18 to your list.

Casinitaly - Will add April 22 to your list.

CLM Piano Learner - I will add April 23-29 to your list. Enjoy Vienna! I love it there!

Arty Movie - I will add April 22 to your list.

barbaram = I will add April 20-21 to your list.

Claudemir - I will add April 24-26 to your list.

We have moved out of our Malaga home, and are now living in a hotel in our new town awaiting the close of the home we are buying. I am piano-less but enjoying my new surroundings. The piano moved out without a hitch. It took five men and a very large crane to move it from our fifteen floor apartment, but they made it happen!

Hi,
I missed practice on April 27th, Saturday.

We had traveled all day Friday. The next day, was back on the road again. Made it back to hometown in time to attend evening worship service. Hadn't seen my friends since Palm weekend, so we went out for unscheduled dinner. Made some new friends, had fabulous Mediterranean style food. The owners were so accommodating of our large group and never rushed us. We had such a good evening that we didn't notice we were the last ones out of the place. Definitely a night to remember!

I resumed practice the next day, Sunday April 28th. Thank you and belated Happy Easter!

Hi,

A little bit late reporting my missed days, but I have missed practicing April 7th- April 26th. I did resume practicing on April 27th. Then I missed practicing April 28th and April 29th, Then I resumed practice again on April 30th. The last date I missed practicing was May 2nd. However, I am back on the wagon today. Somedays I missed because of health reasons and some I could of done better and made time to practice. I am still looking forward to my lesson tonight and I will keep at it.

Wow... the piano out the window thing would be amazing to watch... unless said piano was mine! How nerve-wracking...

Also, please excuse me for 5/3, 5/4, and 5/5 as I was on a business trip.

Had to miss Sunday May 5 for travel. Back at the bench yesterday.

My compensation was seeing the wonderful new production of “West Side Story” at Chicago’s Lyric Opera and visiting with two of my best friends. None of that helps directly with my upcoming jury, but it was worth it!

Amazing pics SwissMs! Looking forward to seeing pics of your piano in its new home when you all get there. Good luck with the move!

Meanwhile, I need to confess to missing Saturday 4 May due to lack of planning

I am thinking I would like to join, as an experiment. There are musical things I want to explore. They might not look very much like the bulk of what gets called "playing" or "practicing" piano here on PW, but I think planning to use the piano to explore these things every day would be good for me.

Hi,

I came off the bandwagon again. I did not practice May 7-May 9. I was preparing for a job interview, however I do know I need to use my time better and I could have practiced in addition to preparing for the interview. Also, I am back on the wagon as of May 10th. Thankfully, I am back on the wagon faster than usual and didn’t miss weeks like I usually do.
