Reverb is a popular internet business for selling new and used music gear. I think they are based out of Chicago, USA. I haven't used them before but do see references to them littered on YouTube and music forums.

It's a very tempting discount Ok, I tried to buy using my paypal account and even if I tried to buy as a guest to finalize the process they ask me to authorize charges to my paypal account without login first.. What the f... is this? It surely smells like a scam. Carlos CR

Sorry newer player it wasn't my intention to be rude and I'm sure you posted this in good faith.
I'm researching paypal authorizations and it seems I can revoke them at any time. As I was about to buy the standar version before your post I think I will take the risk and see how this ends and will report back on this thread.

Ok, so finally bought it and installed without problems. I could also deactivate the merchant authorization to bill me without login on my paypal account. Thank you very much newer player for the link and sorry for being so grumpy in my previous posts... I posted without much thinking, but in any case my rants were directed to the buying process and in no way wanted to offend you.

I had pianoteq stage and upon registering the upgrade to pro the old license with its 2 instruments became invalidated and I could choose 4 new instruments.

Unfortunately, I already upgraded to "Standard" in 2018, so now the only way to get rid of my K2 is to upgrade from "Standard" to "Pro" and get only one additional instrument.
But anyway thanks to Pianoteq for that.
