Questions on Elton John's 'Moon River'

I've already played this live once, but I would like to improve on a few parts.

How is he playing the chord at 0:36? I think it's a Bb7sus2. I play it with a (Bb F Ab) in the left hand, while playing a (C D F) in the right hand.

In what way does he do the D7 at 0:40?

Is that a B minor he hits at the end of 0:42?

And if anyone is interested in that lick he does at 0:25, here are my thoughts. I think he initially hits the D chord with a (A F#) in the RH, and then does the following with the RH:

F# A D A F# (BG#B)

Now I presume the first note of what I have above is actually done with the LH. Otherwise it'd be kind of awkward crossing over. The base note changes to E as soon as the second F# note is hit.

Thank you

And what is the chord at 1:24? I would have thought it was a D minor 7, but the chord immediately after it sounds even more like a D minor 7! So they can't both be D minor 7 chords! I'm not sure what the base note is in the first chord... I think it's either C or D. And I think the one at 1:26 is a D minor 7??
