I just bough the Grandeur VST from Kontakt, ($50 sale through the weekend btw) and need some help “configuring” it. What do all these options do? Can I make it sound like my Casio Privia PX 160? Can anyone explain what the half pedalling and repedalling options do? Why is it that when I sustain a key I can hear such a long reverb even with the reverb turned off? What are the best options for this VST/ what are your settings? Thank you for your time and effort, any advice is helpful! laugh (I play classical music if that has a effect on things)

Can I make it sound like a PX160?
No. That's the whole point. The Grandeur is meant to sound like a top-notch Steinway grand.

With sustain why can I hear a long reverb with the reverb turned off?
You can't. If a key is held down the sound is meant to sustain. It will do so for quite some time on a proper acoustic piano. That's sustain, not reverb.
