Some (much needed) fun during my search:

Looking at these 3 Rolands - dont you also think that they should live together in a patchwork family, so that they have ONE full wooden back?
It seems that one always has the wood on the back that the others lack^^

They'd all look better with a full backboard. But anyone who buys one could easily complete the job if needed.

Depends on where you place them. There are some benefits of a see-through design.

I'm puzzled. Why do you ask?

In other threads you discuss your search for a top-notch piano. But these are low-end units. I wouldn't expect you to give them a second look. Or even a first.

You missed a more recent thread where Markuska explains that after his latest round of testing, he realizes the only digital pianos that sound decent to him are hybrids and acoustics, and like you, he needs to wait 2 years before he can get one, therefore he is just looking for a cheap digital to tide him over while he saves for the piano of his dreams.

We'll have 'im on Pianoteq before he knows it, then he won't need no hybrid . . . . just a decent speaker system!

What Tyrone says is true^^
And the FP140 even has a line in, so I could use Vsts on the native (and maybe okish) speakers.

I think its out of question that I will get Pianoteq, even if only out ouf curiosity and flexibilityčśů
