They have a range of high-quality uprights that sounds awesome.
They can custom make any colour you like, including white.

The playing starts at 3:47. I have played this instrument myself a few times and it is a real treat.

The audio on that YouTube link to the Forster piano seems, to me, obviously altered. Notice how the microphone noise cuts away just before he starts playing and reappears just after. This makes me believe the video is not reliable as a sound sample. A sound sample should feature live sound for the present mic only, no further audio processing should be done.

I started out looking for mahogany pianos. When I heard the ebony polish K5, I didn’t care about the finish any longer. Love!

I think they're using different mics for the piano and the voice. Not really sound processing to make it better, just using a better mic that is positioned better to make the piano sound clearer. Hopefully giving a better representation of the sound.

You could buy a more common color piano and do a vinyl film wrap on it in white. Then if you ever want to get it back to the original color you just need a heat gun and a lot of patience. I've used this stuff on small pieces of shelving, a piano is a perfect candidate because it has a very smooth finish. Most surfaces on an upright are flat with straight edges, but the curved sides would be a bit of a challenge, you'd have to make a test piece to practice on.
