Hi

That's great Cmajor9, Emily is a difficult song to sing and/or play.
Your playing has improved a lot since I first heard you on this forum a few years ago.

A Johnny Mandel sheet music book is, or was available, which has a very good arrangement of Emily in it. I it had memorised at one stage a few years ago, and meant record it with my hands of stone!

In my view its Johnny Mandel's finest moment, though there is a good case for "The Shadow of your smile" :-)
I first heard Emily played by Bill Evans about 30 years ago, and have been in love with the tune ever since.
