I have been meaning to post photos of my 6-month old AA for you all to see in its native habitat.

Some of you may recall my inquisitive posts while I was shopping for my first grand. Thanks to everyone who offered insight and advice. I've had it tuned twice, voiced twice, and am now focusing on playing!

You can view the photos here: https://forum.pianoworld.com/ubbthre...new-grand-glamour-shots.html#Post2803778

So glad to finally be able to see it DDobs! Beautiful instrument and setting... I'm glad you were able to find someone locally that can continue to work with you on keeping this fine instrument tuned and voiced. I hope and trust that it gives you a lifetime of musical enjoyment, and inspires you to keep on playing in ever increasing quiet moments of your busy day!

Gorgeous! Congratulations! From the pictures it looks like every time you walk by the new piano, you would just have to sit down awhile and play it no matter what else was going on 😃.

Thanks for the nice comments, everyone! Enjoy the weekend - hope it's warmer for you than for me (think 0 degrees F)!

Keep that piano warm, Ddobs! It is a beautiful instrument and a very nice space for it. Enjoy!

And please keep hanging around here. I have enjoyed watching your journey.

Cheers!
