I'm looking at a used piano that is on one of those dolly things for easy moving, but the owner doesn't have the original casters.

Is it possible to buy them somewhere?

It is for a Yamaha C7.

He is willing to proportionately reduce the price, so what is a good price for replacement casters? Thanks.

You should ask him if he wants to include the dolly, then you won't need castors.

Check to see if it is not gray market, and then check with Yamaha for the casters. If it is gray market, then talk to your technician about alternatives.

He would.

But I will be using this piano at home, and I don't like the industrial look of the dolly.

How would you know if it is gray market?

Have him include the dolly and get it moved to your house. Your piano tuner will know how to replace the castors and then you can sell the dolly to offset the cost or maybe your piano tuner would do it as a swap for the dolly.

My Bluthner model 1 is on an A frame. I am very happy with it as it is.
