Hi Larry, I liked it! Very good spirited and fun, really. I could hear the piano a little louder and had hoped the roles would switch. Maybe next time.

How are you recording your music? If it is on your keyboard I heartily recommend iPad DAWs and the iOS platform. With limited instruments like this piece it would work seemlessly and give you a lot more flexibility ( for example, you could record as midi tracks, duplicate and add instruments in toto or sparingly in the mix. You can hear examples of that technique in my newly posted Synthony No. 2, done entirely using iOS apps. If you are an experienced desktop user than you have this stuff available, tho, in my opinion, it is a lot less fun. Look forward to hearing more from you. Best, Mike

Thanks for replying.

Due to my advanced age plus bad health I have retired from composing and arranging.

You can hear over three-hundred of my original compositions on SoundCloud if you wish.

Regards,

Larry G. Alexander

Thanks Larry, I truly enjoyed your piece. I am 70, I guess that's pretty advanced, too. If you could post a link I am sure others here and I would enjoy hearing more. Hope your health improves.
Best wishes, Mike

I don't know what you mean by "If you could post a link..." Are you speaking of a link to my music? 'Splain', please. smile

Over three-hundred of my original compositions are on SoundCloud if you care to check them out.

I am eighty-four.

Thanks for listening and responding.

Best Regards,

Larry G. Alexander

Hi Larry, my mom lived to be 98. When she heard of someone who died in their early eighties she would tsk and say "young!" It is all in the perspective, I guess. If you go to SoundCloud and pick one of your favorite pieces the address will appear in the URL address block on top. Highlight that and then you can copy the address. Come back to the forum and paste it into your message. If you would rather not go to the trouble, I will just search for you on SoundCloud. Best, Mike

Thanks, Jarobi. I will give it a try. I am on the audiob.us forum a lot. I think I may be the oldest member! Nice to be among other refined septuagenarians.

This was a lovely, jaunty piece. It has the ability to cheer you up and make you forget your worries. Your piece did that for me anyway! Great job and thank you for sharing.
