JoBert, thanks for your feedback.
Yes, of course, I will be glad to hear any comments.
I try to constantly improve my performance of musical pieces as far as possible.

Ok, here we go:

I think that most of these mistakes are mistakes that you have practiced wrongly, but some may also be a fault of your edition of the score?

In bars 13-15, you dropped one D# E pair. The score says there are six D# E pairs before the B, you play only five. You make the same mistake consistently whenever this part is repeated later in the piece.
Similarly in bars 36-38. Here there should be five pairs, you play only four.

In bar 23 there should not be a pause between the last three notes of the A-part and the first three chords of the B-part. And the tempo of these three chords should be the same as that of the three notes, not slower. They are all 16ths.

In bar 29, you play more notes in the RH than my edition says. But that may be case of different editions. I have the Henle Urtext.

In bar 34, the first note in the RH should be an E.

In bars 64 and 65, the LH should play the chord in repeated 16th, similar to the repeated 16th in the bars before and after.

In bar 75, the LH should play a C.

In bars 77-79, the rhythm in the LH is wrong. In each bar, you play the second chord one 16th too early, together with the E in the RH. It should instead be played together with the D, one 16th later.

Hope this helps!

Hello again! Wow, I haven`t been to this forum since March! My piano practicing hasn`t been that great either, but still I have managed to finish a couple of new pieces during those months. Here they are:

11) R. Schumann: "Trällerliedchen" from Album for the Young, op 68
12) R. Schumann: "Ein Choral" from Album for the Young, op 68
13) F. Couperin: Rondeau in B-flat major (Les Bergeries), from Anna-Magdalena`s notebook, BWV Anh. 183
14) W.A.Mozart: Sonata no 5, in G-major, Allegro

JoBert, many thanks for your detailed comment. It's amazing!
It seems that you are familiar with every note of this Bagatelle smile

Yes, some errors are related to my level of play (bars: 13-15, 36-38, 75, 77-79). Yes, there were mistakes. This is my inattention. Thanks for your instructions. Now I have fixed it:
  • 17. Beethoven - Fur Elise, Bagatelle No. 25 in A minor, WoO 59 (Record >>)

But other differences (bars: 29, 34, 64, 65) are due to the fact that I use "special" edition of the score/sheet (if I may say so).

I was trying to find the urtext (manuscript) of Beethoven himself. To ensure that the music text is as close to composer as possible. But, if I understood correctly, this manuscript has not been preserved, and this manuscript is not.
Perhaps you know that the first and most authentic was the publication "To Elise", which was made by Ludwig Nohl in 1867.
Nohl claimed to have made his record from the manuscript, which was subsequently lost.
And in this edition there are all these differences, about which you wrote.
But the wider distribution, for some reason, was received not by this publication, but by the second and the subsequent one. And in them there were many changes (but for what reason? A big question).
A detailed comparison of different publications is in this scientific article:
http://old.conservatory.ru/files/Musicus_37_Kulakov.pdf

Article in Russian, but you can make a translation if you want. There are good examples. And there are comments of the author of the article, which considers those or other differences from the musical point of view. And I generally agree with the author that the text of Nohl is more saturated and complicated for hearing. Therefore, I decided to focus on him.

The changes in bar 29 are due to the fact that I add gruppetto for the note "C". This I took from the music text that I have and was attached to the digital piano. I like this moment, because it sounds good and is more complicated than the usual note smile

That's fine, of course. I already suspected that some of the differences may have been because a different edition. I'm happy I could be of help with the other issues.

It's a fair question. I did the Minuet in G (Petzold) on my Natl Guild audition; but I did it without observing the repeat, and without ornamentation. My teacher said I could conceivably perform it next year, auditioning for Intermediate A; but if I did that, I'd have to do "the whole thing." ie with ornamentation and observing all repeats. Maybe that does make it a whole new piece.

18 Piano Sonata No. 25 (Opus 79), 2nd Movement - Andante <Recording> (by Ludwig van Beethoven)
19 Married Life (from the Movie "Up") <Recording> (by Michael Giacchino)

My #19 is from the soundtrack of the Pixar movie "Up".

The movie starts with a heart wrenching view back into Carl's (the "old man" protagonist) previous life with his wife Ellie. From the moment they are married, then dream about lots of children, then the big shock when it turns out they cannot have children, how they pick up their life again and grow old together, with Ellie's dream of one day going on a big journey to experience "adventures" in foreign countries - a dream that is time and again postponed by life's realities, when the savings from the travelling budget need to be repurposed to pay for various mishaps, but without however managing to destroy their happiness together. Until the moment when they are already old, just when Carl decides that now or never is the time to start with those travels, when tragedy strikes and Ellie becomes sick, has to go to the hospital and eventually dies (and only after this the movie proper starts).

The "Married Life" soundtrack accompanies this story with themes that are alternatingly happy und up-beat and melancholic and sad, until the final sad note after Carl comes back to the house for the first time after Ellies funeral. Lots of handkerchiefs have been used by many a movie goer during this sequence.

I'm playing an arrangement that I found on the internet, where I re-ordered some parts to better align it with the described story from the movie.

Now that school has started back up for the kid, hopefully I can get back to my former pace of learning and practicing. Summer was frustrating!

It's been a while, but my piano was in a terrible state, where a keypress would result in the hammer hitting the string twice about 30% of the time, which cancels out any sound that note would make. Now that that's fixed, I got some new recordings going. Hopefully, it'll be enough to reach 40 this year!

The previous 20 pieces can be found in this playlist.
21 Bartók – Triplets (Mikrokosmos, Book 3, No. 75)
22 Hässler – Poco Allegro (Op. 38, No. 6)
23 Hässler – Menuetto (Op. 38, No. 7)
24 J. G. H. Bach - Aria BWV 515 (Notebook of Anna Magdalena Bach, No. 20a)
25 Bartók - Peasant Song (Ten Easy Pieces, No. 1)
26 Bartók - In Three Parts (Mikrokosmos, Book 3, No. 76)
27 Bartók – Lento (For Children, Book 1, No. 11)
28 Koechlin – Canon (Op. 208, No. 2)
29 Koechlin – Andante con moto (Op. 208, No. 8)
30 Kabalevsky – Waltz (Op. 39 No. 23)
31 Grechaninov – In Camp (Op. 98 No. 2)

I've started playing January 2017, Nothing is too easy is where I keep track of my progress.
