Between Mark's Baldwin SF-10 and the Bosendorfer Imperial his place should be jumping!

yeah heck, It could fit though the door, and make it to where my other piano is. If mark does not want it (although why not I have no idea) I guess I could house it!

Well after speaking with the owner I decided to not baby sit the piano, due to liability issues. He agreed its a problem and not sure how to address this problem. He had a rider on his home policy, but it does not cover away from home.

That's a standard issue. I don't think there's any insurance policy that will cover those situations. The previous owner of my piano had that issue with the piano he owned previously. He moved his piano to the church where he played and it was destroyed by fire. It was a total loss. His insurance wouldn't may b/c it was moved out of the home and the church's insurance wouldn't pay b/c they didn't own the piano.

Did you check with your homeowners insurance agent? I would think he/she would have a straightforward solution. Most homeowners policies provide coverage for a percentage (10%?) of the personal property limits for items that are off the homeowner's premises. Perhaps that could be increased for a few months.

I had asked my Home Insurance about a piano (not near the cost of the Bosendorfer Imperial, lol). I was told I could add a "rider" that would cover any mishap to the piano. You might want to check your Insurance Company. And it is standard that your policy covers 10% of the value of your home for personal property.

I would think the owner of the Piano would be responsible for the insurance. The insurance should cost much less than monthly storage.

FWIW I get a second-hand (used) value insurance cover of ~$55k with all-risks cover for around $280 a year for my S&S 'D' in the UK

He could get insurance on the piano through a variety of people - me personal favorite is: https://musicins.com/

It is not terribly expensive and if anything happens they are very easy to deal with (first hand experience).
