Looking for some advice

two adjacent keys have one buzzing string each. It is the string on the left in both cases. These are the steel strings in the tenor section. They only buzz when the note is played FF or so. I'm thinking this is not a complicated fix but I could be wrong. Is the string not level? The hammer hitting the buzzing string later than the others? Thanks for any advice in advance.

It probably is a complicated fix. You can test whether the hammers are hitting the strings evenly by holding them against the strings with the damper raised and plucking the strings, but you have to do it carefully so you are not forcing them against the strings. But it may not be the problem.

hmmm.. I checked the damper wires. they are on the right side. it seems like its the left strings causing the buzzing. All the agraffe holes look identical... this is a bosendorfer so I'd be surprised if that were the problem. The piano is a bit old. Could the bridge pins be causing this?
