I find that as a composition the A section is a little boring(even though I do like this piece a lot) because, perhaps, of the endlessly repeated accompaniment pattern in the LH but that is not your fault. At first I thought your performance was slightly slow compared to the average, but after checking YT performances by many pro pianists that is definitely not the case. I found everything about your performance excellent including the very solid technical control, voicing, and especially the shaping of the melodic lines.
If you didn't have such good grasp of the dynamics and phrasing in this performance, I would consider it a little on the slow side. But those two elements are there under such admirable control that I was able to concentrate fully on your interpretation. It was, at times, a heart-rending reading which, given the character of much Russian music (and I think this piece is no exception), is what it should be.
Beautifully shaped cantabile playing. I especially like the very clear delineation between melody and accompaniment in the 'A' section, which is harder to achieve than it sounds. Similarly for the 'B' section. It also speaks of a 'singing'mindaet in your playing.
Structurally, i think the choice of a slower tempo, arched phrasing of melodic lines, combined with the wide dynamic range gives your interpretation a strong sense of emotional gravitas.

Thank you all so much for listening and your kind comments. I play this piece at different tempo at different time; I play faster when I am nervous, and that I did on the first take. After listening to it, I tried to calm down and play slower.
I'll just add you get a really nice level of expression out of that digital instrument!
A lot of people (especially here in Asia) tend to think that digital pianos are unfit for any level of playing. They rather play on a lousy, out-of-tune, unregulated acoustic piano than a good DP like what I have.

Completely agree! My N3X Avantgrande has proven to be one of the best investments I have made so far as a practice instrument. Far superior to a bad upright Is yours a N2?
