I know what you mean. I would also want to test the Kawai DP's, but in Bucharest we only have one distrinutor and no showroom. I can only get them by order.

There is (if it didn't close) a showroom in Tunari, if I remember correctly, but it's not very accessible, indeed.

in the website it doesn't say it's a showroom and I can't see the schedule when it's open, but I will make a call to them and ask.

Refreshing to read a thread like this.

Since there are usually only discussions about Kawai Yamaha Roland and Casio as far as dp's go, I must admit that i think im subconsciously under the impression that these are the only brands even worth considering. And that's probably far from the truth!

I just tried to buy a Korg but was ultimately defeated by the specific model I wanted (Korg MicroKey2 49 Air) not being available in the US for some reason. So I ended up getting a Yamaha Reface CP instead. Oh well. Back to conformity. laugh
