Greetings

I am looking for a piano for a school that I tune for. I have 3 options, a Kawai K15, Yamaha JU109 and or a Kayserburg UH123. I have seen and heard the Kayserburg and Yamaha but not the Kawai. I have tuned several JU109's last year too, so I know this piano to a certain degree.

One thing I recently found out is that the Yamaha JU109 is made in Indonesia. Not sure where the Kawai K15 is made and I am aware that the Kayserburg is made by Pearl River. Apparently there are two lines of Kayserburg, one is an artist line and the other is a lower level piano, the UH series (at least from what I have heard, though I could be wrong on this).

I like the look, height and sound of the Kayserburg UH123 but would like to ask you Pros out there what you think is the better choice and why?

Thanking you in advance for your help and advice

Hi Mark,

Are there different dealers for all 3 pianos? Which dealer do you feel is most likely to stand behind the product should there be a problem? That might help me decide.

Thanks Keith, your line of thinking has helped me to see beyond the veil.

Kind regards,
