Hello, I have a problem. When I press the A2 or E4 key loudly, a strong and unpleasant metallic sound is heard next to the sound of the key and I can not see where it comes from. Pressing the resonance pedal increases the noise a lot. I have looked for some loose screws and I have checked that all the strings are well turned off by the felt.

My piano is a Bluthner model 10 of 1972. I leave a sound sample:

Likewise - video showing as unavailable. Is there a privacy setting that’s been left on?

Started work at the Blüthner piano re-building workshop in Perivale, UK, in 1989. Self employed since 2000. Learning something new about pianos every day... smile

It doesn't sound very pronounced in that recording. My advice would to be to get a tech in there and sort it out in-house so-to-speak. The internet has its limitations.

That's all I can hear amiss too, tuning/voicing.

Peter is right- first thought here was, man! those notes are beyond bright (piercing)...
Lots of unpleasant noises develop in a piano that gets played a lot and nothing done to keep hammer surface in condition.
Have you had the piano voiced at all in the past? 1972 is quite a bit of age in regards to these things.

That said- I also have the thought lurking that the voicing should be an issue for more than just those two notes (if this was what was causing it)...Are you experiencing this noise elsewhere on the piano? With that age, it could be a number of other possibilities as well- from bridge pin issues, to a faulty string.

Your technician will be the best one to answer these things- since he is there with it.
