Hi there!

Quick question from a newbie...

Looking for advice on how to save my settings.

In particular, reverb for the CFX always defaults to Recital Hall when switched on, which doesn't suit.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

123kevint, welcome to the forum.

I'm not overly familiar with Yamaha models, however I believe the Clavinova instruments have a 'Backup' function which can be used to automatically store settings when the instrument is turned off.

Checking the CLP-545 owner's manual (p.94), it appears that you need to enable the 'Backup:Voice' function in order for changes made to the sound (such as Reverb type) to be preserved.

I hope this helps.

Kind regards,
James
