Hi Peakski - Arrived yesterday and with a couple of hours of playing today the only thing I have bothered to change is the ambience and sometimes going to the ballad piano. More than good enough to practise on which is my main concern, unlike the CA67. The shop who took it back seems to think that Kawai will say that is how they are, but I don't think so.

@Colin - glad you like it. Ambience setting is quite interesting and makes an obvious difference. But do try the Piano Designer App presets sooner rather than later. I can almost guarantee you'll never go back to the default pianos. I just over-wrote the default piano setting with my favourite preset so I don't have to load it from the App each time. Takes just a few seconds with the BT connection.

@Peakski - still practising and have a lot of pieces to investigate as well as seeing how far I can progress. But as I said on another post, am impressed by the all the improvements made over the last 15 years since I bought my Roland. Am almost inclined to think that I can play better, because of the key responses, and more expressively on this LX7 than on an acoustic, even if it still doesn't sound like an acoustic. Will be interesting to find out! Piano Designer? When I want a break from playing.
