I'm nursing an injury for a couple weeks and was wondering what you guys/gals do to practice when you can't play.

Visualization, theory, memorizing sheet, sight reading, etc? Anyone care to share?

So sorry to hear about that. You may enjoy this excellent read:

Saw this interesting book from the adult beginner forum, it metioned mental play (MP). Not sure if it's useful in your situation. Hope you get better soon.

Practice away from the piano is one of the best things you can do. Analysing pieces (in a way that helps you) and memorising can be done very effectively. You can also do ear training, which is probably the most important skill for a musician.

Whistle, sing or hum the melody.
