Try "Faith of our Fathers".
It's a simple one to learn

Will do some R&B for a while. Give the classical a break.

Not sure if you want to play SATB hymns or hymn arrangements? If the actual hymn, there are many free ones online. If hymn arrangements for solo piano, there are some free online and also anthologies

For piano solo:
You might look at Greg Howlett; some are free, some paid. Here is the link to the free:
https://greghowlett.com/free-arrangements

Koerts music also has free and paid
Here is a link to the free

Hymns are usually easy to play, so that the music is singable wrt the general public without the need for rehearsal.
Some are more complex, and others are a work of art;
"And did those feet" is such a one.
Charles Wesley hymns are excellent imo. and would be a great start.

Which hymn is your favorite?
Try that one.

Lots of hymns here, but the quality of the arrangements vary.

There are some hymnals on IMSLP.

IMSLP Hymnals

I play out of the keyboard edition of the Methodist Hymnal. It's a good mix and the pages stay open.

There are several in Alfred's volume 1.

Get a copy of the score for "House of the Rising Sun" and sing the words of amazing grace to it. They fit exactly.

Every hymnal I've seen includes the treble melody notes. I suppose it would be extra wrong to steal one from the church.

You can buy hymnals, just as a church buys their hymnals.

I was deprived of any music exposure throughout all school grades, except for early morning class hymnody on an old pump organ.

Do you play music already?
hymnal.net has a lot of lead sheets, you can play chords on the bottom and the melody line on top.
Many hymnals are written in SATB. You could buy one and start going through it.
And here's one of my favorites,

Bastien Religious Favorites has plenty of traditional hymns, all at a beginner level. I'm working on "Holy, Holy, Holy" right now.

Check out THIS LINK

It's a small treasure trove of free, downloadable hymns in very easy arrangements, brought to you by the LDS church. If you're like me, meaning not Mormon, there will be some you won't recognize, but also a surprising number that you will.

Hymns are sometimes cataloged by the tune and not by the title that people normally know the hymn as. For instance "Amazing Grace" = New Britain. I acquired a copy of the Jewish Union Hymnal but was surprised that I already knew many of the tunes, since different faiths use the same tunes with their own verses.

Mark Hayes has a two-volume collection of arrangements sorted by tune. They are supposed to be "moderately easy" but I'd say that's kind of optimistic.

They are different than what you'd find in the hymnal but might be fun to learn. And he provides all the arrangements on CD in three different keys. I'm going through them and collating them with the Methodist Hymnal so I can play the usual version and then the Hayes arrangement.
