This is the sign up thread of the Spanish-Latin American Themed Recital!

The recital will be in October and will use the ABF recital software. The call for submissions thread will be created October 1st and the recital will go live October 15th.
There are a few rules which have been used in ABF’s previous themed recitals (It comes down to no rules really)
- More than 1 submission per performer allowed
- Multiple submissions of the same piece are allowed
- Piano duets are allowed

Blimey! nearly missed this . . . . it looks like it's composer based, country of origin, and not music based with perhaps an English or American composer. Am I right? I don't think Ralph Vaughn Williams did Latin . . . shame!

Hi, pianogrlNW -- now that you've initiated a sign-up thread for the Spanish/Latin American themed recital, you might want to issue a brief comment to that effect in the Pianist Corner's Forum. The reason I mention that is several people expressed interest when that exact same idea was floated there last April. Just to name names (besides myself) -- Carey, Cheeto717, hreichgott, jefferyjones, Ganddalf, and doctorS. I don't know whether they visit other Forums or not, but it's just a suggestion.
