Unfortunately, this is the only picture I have, and I live out of state. I'm wondering if anyone can identify what make/model the piano is, approximate year, and potential value? I'm gonna go out in a limb and speculate that if your tenants abandoned it there, then it's gonna cost you money to have it removed.
