My wife has had her great grandmother's upright piano for 30 + years and we have never used it. She is now thinking of selling, donating or giving it away but we know nothing about it. It is a Henry F Miller Upright with serial number 20844 which looking at info from this website put it's manufacture date mid to early 1890's I think. Wife says they had it restrung before and replace some of the keys but has not been tuned for the 24 years we have had it. It also has some of the original learn to play piano books and manuals in the stool storage. Any info on this would be appreciated.

An 1890 upright that hasn't been touched is worth what you can get for it, minus the cost of moving it. The latter figure might well exceed the former.
