Hi,

I have a 6-7 year-old Yamaha P70 keyboard that's been acting up.

There's no better way to explain the problem than to simply see it :

https://drive.google.com/open?id=1ZSItSvnS_6zwv4EovXzWsw92bPgdE-JpKg

Does anyone have an idea on how to repair such a problem (if you can't see the video, there's a 6-7 key range of keys on the keyboard that all play multiple tones at the same time).

I did look for a factory reset procedure, some suggested I turn on with the far-right white key pressed, others mentioned the last 3 black keys with the last white key, tried them both, doesn't seem to work.

Thanks for any suggestion.

Aren't there broken strings?

Can you open the piano and take a video of the hammers hitting the strings?

Have you played those keys when the piano is turned off? How do they sound?
