This is Ken Chase, he is our guy in Canada where we host Piano World.
Ken is a great IT guy who knows how to keep our servers humming.

Can't tell you how many times he's helped me out, and I can contact him 24/7 if something important needs to be addressed. His company is called Heavy Computing, and I highly recommend them if you want truly reliable performance and great service from a small company. ( http://www.heavycomputing.ca/ )

This his idea of a vacation. Yes, that is him dangling from the rock.

I prefer both feet planted firmly under my piano or desk thank you very much.

In case you are wondering where he is...
Bruce Peninsula - home of major limestone cliffs that plunge into (mineral
poor thus very-) sea-green waters of Georgian Bay.

Well, we can only hope that he keeps "hanging in there" because his services have proven themselves. I have rarely experienced any glitches with the PW website that could be attributed to hosting services.

So thanks to both Ken and Frank for keeping (some of) us off the streets! smile

Cheers!

I echo Bruce's feelings. It is good to "meet" Ken and I hope he "hangs" in there with us.
