I've been trying to play parts of this intro. But there's this one part (0:39-0:47) which is presumably in D min or G min, that's just simply too fast. It done twice in a pretty similar manner.

Would anyone like to write down the notes? or explain what scale it's from? I'm sure it's not that hard to do physically. Would love to know how to do it!

Thank you

start with G,Eb together then down in single notes through

D,C,A then back up through C,D,Eb,E,G,C down to B etc. There should be enough info there, the second run is based on the same idea.

It's a rambling all-over-the-place intro so I wouldn't have thought it fits a particular key. Is the song in Bb? I didn't wait around to check. The lick in question looks like Am blues-ish.

Thanks JonR,

I tried to play that a month or so ago, and it didn't seem to make sense. Just tried it there again and seem to have made some sense of it.
