You know this staff, don't you? Most of them were barely "prepared" to play one 30 second piece, let alone 2 or 3.

And 30 seconds is plenty of time for the flash lights to go off. It's interesting that most parents are only taking pictures, not videos. It seems like they care more how their kids look on the stage, than how they sound.
