I finally bought my first actual synth (not workstation or DP or keyboard). I picked up a Moog Sub 37 and I'm still learning how it works. I decided to mess around with it a bit the other night and lay down some piano improv from my B

I love the Moog so far, its been an amazing experience.

Wow, congrats!

Perhaps we'll see you over on the Keyboard Corner forum in the future?

Cheers,
James

I suppose I will check that out, but there's a lot of synth/keyboard places to hang out like Gearslutz and the mono synth forums. I also bought a Nord just a couple weeks ago! I'm in love and tweeted a pic of it with my MP11. Maybe you were one of the ones who retweeted it from Kawai official?

Thanks so much! I'm really surprised and encouraged at how it turned out. I think I will keep at it.

Wow, you have an Electro 5D now too? What a great setup!

I've been rather busy with various projects recently, so have fallen out of the social media loop somewhat. I hope to get back on track soon though, so will check the various SMS channels of Kawai's international offices and see if I can find that pic. wink

Cheers,
James

Thanks, I think I am a Nord guy now. I'm really digging this Electro a lot.

I got a Sub 37 earlier this year. It's an amazing synth - both build and sound. I feel like I'm at the helm of a 1960s Russian Sub with all those chunky dials. MOOG ON!
