I have done the product registration. But I have not see or receive any information about this extra warranty. I could not find it on their website either. Where can I find it? Thanks.

You need to register online within 30 days of purchase at: http://www.onlineregister.com/casio/registration/?category=Keyboards After you register, you will be taken to a confirmation screen. If I remember correctly from when I registered my PX-5S there is also a number you can jot down or print out.
