OP Piano World Piano World Founder - Piano Tuner - Pianist 6000 Post Club Member Joined: May 2001 Posts: 6,574 Bucksport, Maine	A collection of piano and organ (melodian, pump-organ) related documents from the 1800's. One of my piano tuning customers found a box full of these documents in the attic of her historic home (built early 1800's) in NH, all neatly folded and grouped by year. I will be scanning and posting many of them as time allows, there are literally hundreds. I also have these pictures in PSD and PDF formats. Below are a few examples, watch for many more. I will be adding comments to many of the pictures. I like that some of them are signed by the owners of the companies that manufactured the pianos, in the 1800's. Furbush & Sons Invoice from 1879 you will see that they were located at 439 Congress St., Portland Maine. Kathy and I happen to be in that area checking out a concert venue, so we stopped at ... 439 Congress St., Portland, Maine.
