It's time to have another piano get-together in the Denver area! This time, I'm able to host the gathering. I'm thinking a Saturday afternoon in February, the 7th or the 21st. How does that work for everyone?

Thanks for doing this, Colin! The 21st would be best for me, but I can make it on the 7th (I have a gig on the 8th I'd have to be back for).

21st works better for me too. 7th is doable - I just needed to change opera ticket. Thank you for letting me know about this.

Not much response on the Meetup group yet but think it will likely be the 21st! Stay tuned...

Also - Randy had a shoulder injury that has put him out of commission for a few months - both tuning and playing pianos! frown So he will likely skip this meet but may come to the next one.

Thanks very much Colin for hosting. I should be in for the 21st.

I'm so sorry to hear this about Randy.

Looking forward!

Best wishes-

The 21st is the only one in February I can do. Sounds great Colin. So sorry to hear about Randy...he should come anyway. Love his presence. Karen

OK, the 21st it is! I'll post an update to the Meetup group, where you can get the address/directions. Looking forward to seeing everyone then!

Colin - I didn't really want to join the meetup group, but decided I would so you wouldn't have to send out info separately and the address is shown only to members.

But - it *requires* that I answer the "profile" questions. I HATE that kind of thing smile So I didn't finish.

So - would you send me your address?

Thanks.

jotur and phacke -

Please check your private messages. I sent you the address there.

If you want to join the Meetup, I don't mind if you leave the joining form blank or put only one-word answers. I tried not to ask meaningless questions, but they are more for people who aren't on the PW forum so I can find out what aspects of piano/keyboard music they are interested in.

To everyone who was annoyed with the "required" Meetup group joining questions - I found a setting to no longer require answering these questions to join the group. If that precluded you from joining the Meetup before, please join it now. The site will now let you skip the questions.

I'm pushing the Meetup group as there were some people at the last get-together who aren't PW forum members. I'm trying to manage the announcements / mailing list from one place rather than two.
