Is there a way to view topics and threads with the most recent topic or thread at the top?

I can't figure this out either!

I see nothing in the Preferences or at the top of the thread that changes the display order of the posts.

Can someone help this newbie? blush

Have you tried clicking "Active Threads" that results in a most recent at the top.

Thanks for that tip, Rally.

Yes, the most recent thread shows at the top. However, when I click on the thread (like this one), the POSTS still show the most recent post last! frown

That is the standard for all forums I follow. When you decide to follow a thread and notified via email, clicking on the link from email routes you the location in the thread of the post in the email.

I suppose it is setup as oldest post at top so those visiting for the first time are able to start at the beginning.

I see. That makes sense.

Well, since this is a FAQ suggestion thread, maybe the admin can consider your response in an answer to a new FAQ "How do I change the display order of posts?"

I would find it useful to have an option for viewing posts in descending date order in threads that I occasionaly follow but don't necessarily post to.
