I think you forgot to add Roland to the mix.

It would help if you posted more or less your budget for a digital piano. From the models you mention I would assume it is $1000 or less. Also, I'm not sure if Kurzweil has a model called MP10. You may have it confused with the Kawai MP10, which is a great digital piano for stage performances, however if your budget is less than $1000 it would not be an alternative.

my budget is something relative because i am from argentine where the prices in dollar are a little different. Those models are in the top of my budget. I dont know which roland DP enter in that range. And yes, kurzweil has a model called mp10 http://kurzweil.com/product/mp-10/ .

The Kurzweil MP-10 is very old technology. The Triple Strike piano while great at the time is over 10 years old now. Kurzweil has replaced the Triple Strike piano in its Artis & Forte lines. I sold an Kurzweil SP4-7 because of the acoustic piano sounds. Any of the others would probably sound better. Personally I would probably go with the PX-750 but that is very subjective and I haven't tried the Kawai models.

Oh I see. I did not know of this model. Thank you for the information smile

Well, in that case eliminating the Kurzweil the best choices would be the PX-750 and Kawai ES100. Then again, touch is very subjective and varies in preference from person to person. I own a Privia PX-350 because of its features and love it. However, I did play a Kawai ES100 and liked its touch a little more than the Privia (and I liked the Ebony/Ivory texture a lot in the Privia), but I ultimately wanted a piano that could be more versatile (since I use it to play at church). If you don't plan to transport the piano anywhere the PX-750 is a great choice. Then again, the ES100 has more "piano focused features" than the PX-750.

There's a lot of personal preference involved, on sound, in action, and even in aesthetics. But personally, if ALL I cared about was playing piano, I'd go with the ES100 (though I'm not familiar with Cl26r). But if you have interest in any features beyond the piano capabilities, that might sway the decision another way where some other brand might have more to offer.

How much more expensive is the cl26 than the es100 ?
The kawai dealer here has a cl26 but not an es100.
The cl26 is definitely minimalist and just fine if your goal is to just play piano stuffs.
If it was just me and my wife, no kids and I didn't have anything to play at home I'd be sorely tempted by that one. But I just mostly doink around and need to keep up a bit since I'm backup pianist at church.
