Have a look at Denes Agay's 'Easy Classics to Moderns' and 'More Easy Classics to Moderns', both volumes filled with short, easy, unabridged & original pieces by composers from Purcell and Bach to Mozart & Beethoven to Villa-Lobos and Bartók.

They were the first original classical pieces I played, after 'graduating' from easy arrangements of folk songs and classical tunes. From then on, I never again played anything that had been simplified from the original.

Look up the table of contents online of the Agay series bennevis suggested or similar collections like the Alfred Essential Keyboard Repertoire series and you can get lots of names of pieces to search for. Amazon and Sheet Music Plus usually have the table of contents.

OK, to get you started, from the first volume, there're several pieces from Anna Magdalena Bach's notebook: a Minuet in G, Musette in D, and Minuet in F.

There's Mozart's Minuet in C, and Rondo in C. No Köchel numbers are given, likely anything from K1 to K10. Probably K1f for the first.

I second bennevis' suggestion for Classics to Moderns. You could find the series on Amazon, and they are one of my teacher's favorite as well. Another possibility is Keith Snell Series from Preparatory Level to Level 10. http://www.kjos.com/sub_section.php?division=5&series=147

The Bach and the Beethoven you mentioned are level 2. That's a good starting point for these series.

The pieces you mentioned are grade 2 or 3. To find new material you could go to pianosyllabus.com type in the name of a composer you like, add grade = 3 and see what it comes up with. For example there's 14 or 15 Bach pieces at grade 3, with YouTube links so you can get a sense of whether you'd like to learn it.
