Does it make any difference whatsoever the size of the instrument?

a little more information would help - do you mean in number of keys or overall length width ? or are you referring to overall portability? Likely you could several possible answers. A more general response would be that pricing of digital pianos is more to do with features rather than size.

Same microprocessor and sampling, etc. The only possible difference would be speaker size/quality and amplifier, and as anyone who has experienced Bose can tell you, it ain't the size of the dog in the fight, it's the size of the fight in the dog ....

In short, the size is less important than the power and speaker quality/design. Also, as Lad suggested, I'd take this one to the digital forum.

Depends on the specific manufacturer and models. Some take advantage of the additional space to put in larger speakers or larger chambers for the speakers. For others, it makes no difference what so ever. On one end of the spectrum is the Yamaha GCP-1000 which actually has a soundboard.

I meant length. Like I said, it's a really stupid question. Aside from a possible effect on the action, there should be no effect.
