Thanks to all that responded to my question about the name of a publication that presents all of Bach's inventions. It appears that the Henle edition wins with the Alfred edition a distant second.

Definitely not...what about Barenreiter, Wiener, Peters, etc? They all publish the Inventions.

I didn't keep count but Henle seemed to be the text that was mentioned more although the volumes you cite were mentioned as well. I will keep your suggestions in mind when ordering. Interestingly this simple question generated lots and lots of opinions on ornamentation.

My guess is, if OP wants an urtext edition then they figure Henle has them covered, and if they want an edition with editorial markings then they'd opt for Alfred.
