How "good" does one have to be to participate in this endeavour? I'm a passable amateur if amongst non-musicians. :-)
Op 7/2 seems not too difficult technically, but I'm sure my interpretation would make some folks howl. Should I give it a whirl? Hi Brad, I have the same concerns only I'm worried about more than just interpretation. I'm sure my playing will cause howling too. Based on the pieces in your signature you play at a higher level than I do so I'm sure you will do fine.

It takes me a while to get a piece under my fingers. I'll give it a whirl. What's the worst that could happen? I just sight read through 7/2 and I suspect I'll be able to cobble together an only moderately embarrassing performance by 10/16. :-) There's a first time for everything. So, yes, I'll take 7/2.

Then in the body of the post simply embed or link to your video/recording, and if you need a blurb about your piece please keep it to a minimum - we don't need "This isn't very good" or "I didn't have very much time to record" or similar preambles.

I'll take one more, I think I can handle it. I'll do the posthumous IIb No 5 in A minor "À Émile Gaillard". Wish me luck on the trill!

Polyphonist, I'll also take 41 - 3. I was surprised that 33 - 4 was left for so long, because I think it's relatively familiar. By contrast, 41 - 3 really doesn't get played much, but I think it's quite effective, particularly in the context of the entire set.
Thanks!
