I just wanted to ask. What grade would you think this piece is?

I'm thinking like 3 or 4 out of 7.

Not sure. I am doing Grade 4 so it sounds like Grade 4. Do you have a piano teacher to ask?

3 or 4 out of 20-30 (I'd say out of 8 or 10, but I'm not sure you're familiar with the grading systems of RCM or ABRSM). The coordination between hands might trip up a beginner. Practice slow and in sections if you try.

3 out of 30. Isn't that a bit easy?

It depends - easy is relative. For someone with several years experience, it would likely be, but for someone with only several day, weeks, or maybe months experience, not necessarily.
