I am practicing 'Für Elise' nowadays, but I find it not easy to play the second and fourth phases, I wonder how you guys practice it? I wonder how pianists can play it that fast? Is it all about practicing?

Try posting your question in the Pianist Corner or the Adult Beginners forum. This is the non-classical forum.

I'm glad she asked the question, even though it's in the wrong place.

Without giving it much thought, I've always assumed Fur Elise belonged to the Romantic period, which would make the question technically acceptable here, though that's not the intent of "nonclassical."

But a little google tells me it was written in 1810 and is considered well within the Classical period.

gotta go practice

Okay, thank you, maybe I didn't notice of the 'non classical' text smile

I think it's all about practicing.
