What is your objective? To connect the P105 to another instrument via MIDI?

If so, this will not be possible without an adaptor, such as this:

I want to connect it to the pc so I can make MIDI file, and get a better sound .

Do I need adaptor as well to do that, or a direct cable ?

Ah, in that case you'll just need a standard USB A to USB B cable - you can probably find one in the $1 store. They're typically used for connecting printers.
