I can't find anything in the manual about adjusting key touch from light to medium to heavy.
Does the 350 permit that sort of adjustment, and if so, how does one do it?

I'm not sure what option it is under, but there is a setting in the menu to adjust the touch. There are three settings Off, 1,2,3

Press the function button and use the left right arrows to find "Touch". Then you can select..

Hello, you can find it on the page 44 of the px-350 manual.
Worth note the settings are:
Off
1: Strong sound even with light pressure
2: Normal
3: Normal sound even with strong pressure

Easiest way to find stuff in manuals is with its PDF on a PC/MAC/tablet and use search. 'touch' gets you to E-44 quite quickly.
