found a beautifull mason hamlin bb for 25000$. Very little play and couldn't find any marks on the finish. would you say that is a good price. It has a disc player on it that I would remove. Don't need it and don't want it. Would love your opinions. Is it a good price? The sustain is very good and plays very nicely. Could use some adjustments in the action

You need to explain many things before others can answer your question. Has a technician checked out the piano's condition? Is there a dealer or a private party involved? What is the tone like? How does the action feel? How a piano looks is more of a cosmetic thing. Could be a good deal. Have it checked out, though.

I'd say its a good deal for the most part. Get it check by a tech whether it is a private or store sale though.

Recordings of my recent solo piano and piano/keyboard trio jazz standards.

Sounds like a pretty good deal, but as others have said, have it checked out by a tech. I bought a new one last summer for 30K so that gives you an idea about the price. Mine was sold new, but it was about 4-5 years old though which was probably one reason they sold it so low. I've played on a lot of M and M's and they are mostly nice. Mine turned out not to be so great, but that's another story. BB's can be really nice, but I know of a couple that have had tuning problems.

Tks to all that answered my post. The piano arrived yesterday and I love it. The pedal seems slugish but my pian tech
said that th piano disc can cause that. Probably going take it off.
