Can anyone recommend a good piano tech/tuner in the Columbus or Cincinnati, OH area? I am looking to buy a used piano and want someone to check it out and then tune it. Thanks.

Let me congratulate you for that very keen move then. Exactly the best way (or one of) to find securely both.

I would recommend Nevin Essex as well (and often do). You won't find a better tech.

We share shop space, so he's my main competitor laugh He's a good guy.
