Could anyone suggest me another program like virtual dub that allow me to sync audio video?

Very nice. I would only suggest you go into tempo much sooner. The rubato phrasing continued on for too long (in my opinion) and also it needed some accelerando phrasing to counter balance it. It can become a little boring after 20 seconds of repeating ritardandos; you went for more than 60 seconds before going into tempo. I would go to tempo after the first 8 measures.
