No knowledge, but I read that it uses a Fatar action. Which would make it mediocre at best and not worth the price of admission.

All unconfirmed though, could be rumours for all we know.

There's some dicussion over on the Pianoteq forum, and yes, it appears that it could be a Fatar action. What a letdown, because I had the initial impression that the action was very special.

Actually it looks cheaply made.

And the web site gives no indication of a retail sales channel. Do they sell only over the web? If so, they have a very tough row to hoe. Who will buy a product on the web, unseen, from an unknown maker? (Are you still out there, Gyro?) smile

Reading the Pianoteq forums, the manufacturer may be stripping down the Fatar actions and installing a light sensor assembly (PNO scan?).

Can anyone provide on any updates about these boards? Reviews? It's not just a Fatar action, it starts as Fatar but it's reworked a lot.

Wondering if anyone has actually tried it, could find only a sound demo on YT.
